Man is a social being and therefore works in a team, he works more effectively. It seems that everything is good, and you can continue to increase productivity, but there was a "scheming", a "trick" - the teams of employees had various tensions, dissatisfaction with each other, disobedience. This has slowed down the growth of labor productivity, and solving this problem has become one of the priorities of humanity. In the process of reviewing it, it became clear that behind it there are a number of other, equally important issues. The various aspects of this problem differed in its size and importance.
