FORMATION OF CREATIVE COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS

In recent еars, interest in the issues of assessment and formation of creative thinking and professional creativity has increased in Russian psychology. The relevance of this problem is determined by the changes that have occurred in modern Uzbekistan. In these conditions, the requirements for such personal qualities as openness to new experiences, the ability to find solutions in non-standard situations, and a creative attitude to reality have increased. In this regard, new and particularly important tasks are being set for education, one of which is education and training that promotes the full development of a person, her creative aspirations, human adaptation to different environments, and a dynamically changing socio-economic situation.
