THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF DUAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article outlines the essence of the dual education system in a combination of theoretical training at a higher education institution and practical training at an enterprise. In the dual education system, students gain deeper knowledge, skills and competencies in their chosen specialty. This is a system in which students devote half of their entire academic time to practice in the organization in which they will work in the future, which allows students not only to successfully master the curriculum, but also to acquire good practical skills and establish contacts with the workforce.
