Abstract. This article provides an understanding of the concept of lifelong learning. In theprocess of higher pedagogical education, it is urgent to develop the professional competence offuture teachers using the best experiences of the educational system of Europe, Asia and theAmericas. In this regard, it is appropriate to implement the principle of academic independenceof pedagogical strategies used in this. Also, information was provided about the research of themost urgent problems of pedagogical scientific research based on the principle of academicindependence of pedagogical strategies of higher pedagogical educational institutions.
