Abstract

The article cites opinions on the issues of the influence of self-development on the field of personality motivation during student life. Initially, the structure of the motivational sphere of the individual, its structural components, socio-psychological factors of its development are indicated. In particular, the relationship between self-development and the motivational field has been empirically researched as a student.
