Abstract

In this article focuses on the development of flexibility(compactness) in workingconditions of mining workers and thereby preventing injuries among workers. An active and passiveflexibility are given on data. Here is given even the sample set of flexibility exercises for all professions ofminers. It is studied the growth of dynamics depending on the norm of performing exercises and thatdevelop the flexibility of various joints.
