THE CONCEPT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITY

Abstract
The article presents important features of the concepts of “Competence” and“competence”, their specific characteristics, their relationship with each other, as well as the possibilities ofdeveloping the professional competence of future primary school teachers. The development of professionalcompetence of teachers, in turn, leads to high-quality education of students. Dual education is an educationalmodel that combines theoretical knowledge with practice, allowing teachers to gain experience in variousaspects of the educational process. This approach not only increases the professional competence of teachers,but also helps them to be comprehensively prepared for pedagogical activity.
