Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of the public procurementsystem. The role of criteria such as transparency, competition, bureaucratic processes, legislative stability, corruption risk,and the introduction of digital technologies in public procurement is explained based on a scientific approach. Also, areasfor improvement are highlighted based on the experience of Uzbekistan and examples from global practice
