THEORETICAL MODELS AND CONCEPTS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE ENERGY SECTOR

Abstract
The paper examines fundamental scientific approaches that explain the dynamics of the energy sector undercontemporary transformational conditions. The study aims to identify methodological foundations that enable theassessment of qualitative changes within the industry, the formulation of strategic priorities, and the improvement ofmanagement tools. The necessity of conducting a systematic analysis of factors shaping the long-term developmenttrends of energy infrastructure - including institutional reforms, technological innovation, modernization of productioncapacities, and environmental constraints - is substantiated. Through critical evaluation of theoretical concepts, theresearch demonstrates the significance of an integrated approach that accounts for the interrelation of economic, social,and environmental parameters. The findings may serve as a methodological basis for developing effective regulatorystrategies and enhancing the resilience of the energy sector at both national and regional levels.
