SOLIDWORKS-BASED MODELING OF AN AIR-BLOWING SYSTEM TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY FIBER REMOVAL FROM SAW TEETH

Abstract

This study presents the development and SolidWorks-based modeling of an air-blowing system designedto efficiently remove fibers from saw teeth. The effects of airflow direction, velocity, and pressure on fiber separationefficiency were analyzed. Aerodynamic characteristics of the structure, optimal geometric parameters, and methods forreducing process losses were determined. An improved design of the air-blowing system is proposed, enabling higherfiber extraction quality and increased overall technological process efficiency in industrial applications
