Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the theoretical foundations of investment financial mechanisms, theirpractical dimensions, and their role in the development of the national economy. The financial sources of investmentactivity—state budget funds, commercial bank loans, stock market instruments, resources of international financialinstitutions, and the role of private capital—are analyzed from a scientific perspective. In addition, the paper consistentlyreviews the formation of investment financial mechanisms in Uzbekistan, the reforms implemented in the postindependenceperiod, and the legal and institutional framework aimed at improving the investment climate
