This article examines the impact of driver behavior and vehicle control under different road conditions on trafficsafety. The study analyzes driving performance on dry and wet roads, snowy and icy surfaces, urban and mountainousroutes, as well as the influence of weather and visibility conditions. Factors such as speed selection, maneuveringstrategies, braking behavior, and driver responses to hazardous situations are identified as key determinants of roadsafety. The findings contribute to reducing traffic accidents and improving driving safety and culture
