IMPROVING SMART CITY GOVERNANCE BASED ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS: A HUMAN-CENTERED APPROACH

Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of using digital platforms in smart city governance. Theprimary objective of the study is to develop an effective model for managing urban infrastructure through the applicationof artificial intelligence and neural networks. The social, economic, and psychological factors of the digitalization processare analyzed, and a human-centered governance concept is substantiated. The findings indicate that the successfuldevelopment of a smart city is determined not by technology itself, but by the extent to which it effectively improves thequality of life of citizens
