ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF INFORMATION RESOURCE CENTERS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
This article provides a scientific and practical analysis of the organizational activities of information resourcecenters in higher education institutions in the context of modern digital transformation. The study examined the structureof information resource centers, management mechanisms, resource development and allocation processes, digitalservices, and the level of integration with international scientific databases. Based on empirical analyses, the existingproblems in the activities of Information Resource Centers were identified, and practical recommendations for theirimprovement based on a strategic management model were developed
