Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of using induction and deduction methods in teaching mathematics in higher education, as well as their practical application possibilities. According to the research results, integrating inductive and deductive approaches serves as an important factor in developing students' logical, creative, and analytical thinking skills.
