Abstract

This article analyzes the distinctive features of adolescent psychology, the physiological and psychological changes characteristic of this developmental stage, the key phases of personality formation, and the influence of the social environment. Adolescence is considered one of the most complex yet crucial periods in a person’s life, during which the individual’s personal “self” is formed. Therefore, the article discusses issues related to ensuring psychological stability, fostering positive motivation, and developing self-awareness and self-regulation skills within a pedagogical and psychological framework
