DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSURANCE INSTITUTE

Abstract
This paper examines the digital transformation of the insurance institution from both theoretical and practicalperspectives. The study analyzes the impact of digital technologies (artificial intelligence, Big Data, and online platforms)on the insurance market, focusing on service efficiency, customer interaction, and risk management processes. Basedon the analysis of market indicators for 2020–2025, a steady growth in insurance premiums, investments, and the shareof digital services has been identified. The findings demonstrate that digital transformation serves as a key driver ofinsurance sector development and provide scientific conclusions and practical recommendations for further improvementof the industry.
