FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Abstract
This article analyzes the main economic, institutional, and environmental factors influencing thedevelopment of the circular economy. It also examines major barriers slowing down its implementation, includinginfrastructure limitations, financial constraints, and environmental awareness issues. The study proposesscientific and practical recommendations for the effective implementation of circular economy principles.
