MODERN TRENDS IN IMPROVING CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEMS IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The article systematised the contemporary trends in improving the corporate governance systemof industrial enterprises from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Drawing on international regulatorydocuments and materials produced by reputable research institutions, five principal directions were identified- the integration of sustainability, digital governance, the strengthening of board architecture, stakeholderorientedstrategic logic, and integrated risk management. The conceptual substance, practical instruments andindustrial relevance of each direction were disclosed in depth. A conceptual model reflecting the interrelatedarchitecture of modern corporate governance was proposed. In the conclusions, theoretical generalisationsand practical directions concerning the improvement of industrial enterprise governance were formulated withclarity.
