Abstract

This article presents a scientific analysis of promising strategies for developing Uzbekistan’sfinancial market in the context of digital and green transformation. The study examines the implementation ofESG principles, green finance instruments, sustainable investment mechanisms, fintech innovations, and thesignificant role of artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and Big Data analytics in advancing financialmarket development. Furthermore, the research assesses capital market reforms, the enhancement of digitalfinancial infrastructure, and international best practices through a comparative analysis of Uzbekistan’songoing financial sector reforms. Based on the findings, the article proposes practical recommendations aimedat further strengthening the competitiveness, sustainability, and investment attractiveness of Uzbekistan’snational financial market in line with global economic and sustainable development trends
