This article examines the issues of digital transformation of business models in commercial banks ofUzbekistan. The evolutionary stages of global banking practice from Bank 1.0 to Bank 4.0, the theoretical foundations ofthe business model concept, the current state of Uzbekistan’s banking system, and the key barriers to transformation areanalyzed. Based on the research findings, scientific proposals and practical recommendations have been developed forimproving the business models of commercial banks
