ANALYSIS OF THE REGIONAL DYNAMICS AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LABOR MIGRATION

Abstract
The implementation of innovative technologies is considered an important factor in improvingthe economic efficiency and competitiveness of the service sector in regional economies. This studyexamines the economic effects of integrating digital technologies, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, bigdata analytics, and automated management systems into service activities. The analysis demonstrates thatinnovative technologies contribute to higher labor productivity, reduced operational and transaction costs,improved service quality, and increased customer satisfaction. The findings indicate significant improvementsin key economic indicators, including service delivery efficiency, profitability, revenue generation, and return oninvestment following technological adoption. Furthermore, digital transformation facilitates the developmentof new service models, expands market opportunities, attracts investment, and supports sustainable regionaleconomic growth. The experience of Uzbekistan highlights the importance of digital infrastructure development,innovation ecosystems, and human capital enhancement in maximizing the benefits of technologicalmodernization. The study concludes that the widespread adoption of innovative technologies is essential forincreasing the economic efficiency of the service sector and strengthening regional competitiveness in thedigital economy.
