The integration of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning) systems in oil and gas enterprises serves as an effective tool for enhancing production management, real-timedata processing, and the efficient utilization of enterprise resources. In the era of digital transformation, the establishmentof a unified information environment that combines technological process control with enterprise management has becomea key factor in improving operational performance and supporting sustainable development. This study examines thefunctional capabilities of SCADA and ERP systems, information exchange mechanisms, and the opportunities createdthrough system integration. Particular attention is given to technological approaches that enhance data transmissionefficiency, improve the quality and speed of managerial decision-making, reduce operational costs, and ensure uninterruptedproduction processes. The implementation of integrated management systems contributes to strengthening enterprisecompetitiveness, optimizing information flows, increasing transparency, and improving coordination between productionand management activities. As a result, the integration of SCADA and ERP systems creates favorable conditions forachieving higher productivity, operational excellence, and long-term organizational efficiency in oil and gas enterprises.
