DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF UZBEKISTAN'S ARCHITECTURAL INDUSTRY: THE ROLE OF BIM, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL TWIN TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
This article examines the role of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and DigitalTwin technologies in the digital transformation of Uzbekistan’s architectural industry. The study analyzes the potential of thesetechnologies to improve architectural design, construction management, and urban development processes. Based on a reviewof scientific literature, international experience, and national digitalization initiatives, the main challenges and opportunities oftechnology adoption are identified. The findings suggest that BIM, AI, and Digital Twins can enhance project efficiency, resourcemanagement, and sustainability throughout the building lifecycle. The study concludes that the integration of advanced digitaltechnologies is essential for the modernization and competitiveness of Uzbekistan’s architectural sector
