Particular attention is given to the functioning of market mechanisms within the healthcare system, the qualityof medical services, the level of service utilization, economic efficiency, and social orientation as the main assessment criteria.In addition, the study analyzes the key factors influencing the sustainable development of the medical services market,including government policy, the implementation of innovative technologies, private sector participation, and the competitiveenvironment. Existing challenges are identified, and scientifically grounded recommendations are proposed to address theseissues and promote the further development of the medical services market
