MECHANISMS OF THE IMPACT OF FISCAL AND MONETARY POLICY ON INFLATION AND PUBLIC DEBT

Abstract

This article analyzes the mechanisms through which fiscal and monetary policies affect inflation and public debt.It examines the impact of fiscal policy on economic activity and the formation of public debt via government spending, taxation,and the budget deficit. Additionally, it provides a scientific rationale for the role of monetary policy in regulating interest rates,the money supply, and inflation. Furthermore, the study analyzes the interplay between fiscal and monetary policies andtheir significance in ensuring macroeconomic stability, controlling inflation, and maintaining public debt at an optimal level.The research findings demonstrate that the effective coordination of these policies is a crucial factor in ensuring sustainableeconomic growth and financial stability.
