ADAPTIVE CONCEPT OF HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT: A NEW PARADIGM FOR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH

Abstract
This article analyzes contemporary approaches to human capital management and develops the theoreticaland methodological foundations of an adaptive management concept aimed at ensuring sustainable economic growth.The study identifies the limitations of traditional human capital management models under the conditions of the moderneconomy and substantiates the need for a new adaptive approach driven by labor market transformation, digital technologies,innovation, and demographic change. The author proposes the Adaptive Human Capital Management Concept (AHCMC)and systematizes its structural components, management principles, and implementation mechanisms. Furthermore, thestudy substantiates the priority directions for applying the proposed concept in the regions of Uzbekistan and highlights itsscientific and practical significance for promoting sustainable economic growth, improving labor productivity, and enhancingregional competitiveness
