This article assesses the impact of improving digitalization of innovation processes in agriculture on economicgrowth in Surkhandarya region using a multifactor econometric model. Based on statistical data for 2011–2025, the relationshipbetween agricultural output, investment, employment, and land productivity was analyzed using the least squaresmethod. The Cobb–Douglas production function results show that all factors positively influence economic growth, withthe highest elasticity for employment (0.919) and land productivity (0.839). The model’s high statistical significance(R²=0.999, F-statistic=5158.8) confirms its reliability, revealing increasing returns to scale and the priority role of laborresources and land productivity in regional economic development.
