EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS’ PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT BASED ON ROI AND DIGITAL KPIS

Аннотация
A comprehensive approach to assessing the effectiveness of professional development for healthcare workersat educational, practical, economic, systemic, and digital levels has been developed. Based on the integration of the Donabedian,Kirkpatrick, and ROI methodologies, an analytical model for Uzbekistan covering 2020–2026 has been developed.The indicators for 2020–2024 are interpreted as an analytical series, while the values for 2025–2026 are treatedas a scenario-based forecast. The results demonstrate positive dynamics in ROI, successful course completion, digitalplatform activity, reduction in medical errors, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
