Abstract
This article analyzes the issues of ensuring sustainable regional development and implementinga green governance model. The study substantiates the need to modernize territorial management systems inthe context of increasing global climate change, resource scarcity, and evolving environmental challenges. Italso highlights the scientific and methodological aspects of rational resource use, improving energy efficiency,waste management, and optimizing management processes based on digital technologies. The researchfindings contribute to maintaining a balance between environmental and economic efficiency at the regionallevel and to the formation of a green growth model.
