ON THE ORIGIN OF THE QAVCHIN TRIBE AND ITS SETTLEMENT IN MOVARUNNAHR
Mahmud, Orziyev
Аннотация
Since ancient times, the Mongol tribes have led a nomadic lifestyle, living in vast pastures, divided into clans and tribes. Although these clans and tribes did not unite into a single nation, living scattered, they actively participated in the ethnogenesis of many peoples. In the Middle Ages, the Mongol tribes, which were part of a number of kingdoms, founded a huge empire under the leadership of Genghis Khan at the beginning of the 13th century AD. For the first time in history, the Mongol clans and tribes were united into a single state. The Mongols led by Genghis Khan also entered and settled in the Transoxiana and adjacent regions, and, like a number of other peoples, they actively participated in the ethnogenesis of the Uzbek people
