COACHING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SANOGENIC REFLECTION IN STUDENTS

Abstract
The article reveals the content of coaching technology for the development of sanogenic reflection among students in modern higher education. Sanogenic reflection is a special type of reflection aimed at maintaining and strengthening the psychological health of a person, increasing stress tolerance through conscious management of emotional states and constructive reinterpretation of destructive forms of thinking.The technology has been developed based on principles such as present orientation, expanding the possibilities of thinking through questions, focusing on independent decision-making and activating a person's internal resources. based on principles such as focus on the present, expanding the possibilities of thinking through questions, focusing on independent decision-making and activating a person's internal resources.
