A CONCEPTUAL MODEL FOR DEVELOPING TEACHERS’ CREATIVE POTENTIAL BASED ON AN ACMEOLOGICAL APPROACH

his article covers the theoretical and methodological foundations of developing the creative potential of teachers based on an acmeological approach. It analyzes creative potential as a complex pedagogical phenomenon formed by the harmony of personal, professional, intellectual, and reflective components. The acmeological approach is interpreted as an essential scientific basis that promotes the teacher’s professional maturity, self-development, readiness for innovative activities, and the ability to generate creative pedagogical solutions. In this study, a conceptual model for developing teachers’ creative potential is developed, and its target, content, technological, reflective-evaluative, and result-oriented blocks are described. Furthermore, the article provides a scientific justification for the conditions, pedagogical mechanisms, and expected results of implementing this model in practice
