DESIGNING INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
This study analyzes the importance of modern methodological approaches in the educational process, in particular interdisciplinary integration and the application of innovative technologies, especially the STEAM educational model. The STEAM model serves to develop students ' creative thinking and independent decision-making skills while deepening their academic knowledge. Design is considered as a form of management of innovative activities and its scientific-theoretical, organizational-methodological and financial aspects are studied. As a technology of pedagogical experience and innovative activities, the design process is defined, as well as various forms of Organization of innovative management in general secondary educational institutions, including pedagogical pilot programs and business plans. The study examines in detail the content of the innovative project, its organization, examination and ways of improving its effectiveness, as well as the theoretical and practical foundations of the organization of entrepreneurial activity in educational institutions.
