Аннотация
Modern technological processes in pedagogical science, improvement of the system of management of the socio-cultural environment of education require a deep understanding of the issues of training specialists of the new century, identifying mechanisms for the development of their professional qualities and creative abilities. Education and culture consider the teacher in society as a subject of the educational sphere, capable of acting freely in complex socio-cultural situations, to act responsibly, independently and professionally in the educational process, and to actively realize one's creative potential in human and creative activities. There is a clear need to improve the skills of teachers through the use of fine arts, to enhance their general, professional and, in particular, artistic and aesthetic culture.
