Latipova, Umida
Abstract
This article examines the formation of emotional states among women of different age groups and their influence on self-esteem. Physiological, psychological, and social changes occurring at various stages of a woman's life significantly affect her emotional stability. The study analyzes key emotional components such as anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness, and tension, as well as their association with self-evaluation. The findings indicate that with age, the dynamics and stability of emotional states, as well as their impact on self-esteem, undergo substantial changes. This research provides a scientific and practical basis for developing psychoprophylactic and correctional programs aimed at strengthening the emotional well-being of women.
