INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES IN THE REGIONAL LABOR MARKET

Abstract

The features of the position of graduates of secondary vocational education in the labormarket are considered. The professional orientations of modern youth are determined by the needsof a market economy, which are associated with the desire for professions that provide rapidfinancial independence and material well-being, promotion and career. The current specificsituation was also reflected in the profile structure of training specialists by vocational educationinstitutions: the enrollment of students for economic and legal specialties increased, while forengineering and agricultural specialties it decreased.
