This article emphasizes the great importance attached to foreign languages,including English, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the innovative technologies necessary for their study, and talks about the need to attract intelligence. The article describes the theoreticalaspects of developing language learning skills using pedagogical technologies. The problem isanalyzed using examples. This article also discusses the process and methods of teaching throughthe English language, the science of teaching English, the method of studying the activities ofteachers and students, including the methodology of teaching English, as well as moderninformation technologies used in it. as well as the linguistic foundations of the methodology ofteaching and learning English using artificial intelligence, as well as the characteristics, typesand effective use of the subject of teaching English
