Abstract

Presidential decree”on priorities of state policy for the development of entrepreneurship, employment and poverty reduction in the neighborhood”, presidential decree ”on measures to radically improve the system of youth work in the neighborhood”, presidential decree "on measures to work with family and women, improve the system of support of the neighborhood and the luminaries".
