PSYCHOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF TRAINING INSPECTOR-PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS SYSTEM

Abstract
This article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of traininginspector-psychologists for the internal affairs system, as well as the impact of psychologicalpreparation on the effectiveness of law enforcement activities. Special attention is given to the roleof psychological diagnostics, psychoprophylaxis, psychocorrection, and professional selection inthe work of inspector-psychologists. The analysis shows that psychological stability,communicative competence, and stress resilience of personnel are key factors in ensuring securityand maintaining service discipline. The article is based on contemporary scientific sources,international experience, and recent psychological research findings.
