People master the means and methods of a healthy lifestyle that adapt them to specific socioeconomic conditions, their level of material well-being, their social circle, their system of work, leisure, and healthcare, all of which influence their health in one way or another and make their lives orderly, morally justified, spiritually fulfilling, creative, and open to opportunities for self-regulation
