THANATOGENETIC AND FORENSIC ANALYSIS OF CEREBROSPINAL FLUID CIRCULATION SYSTEM STRUCTURES IN TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

Аннотация
In almost all cases of traumatic brain injury (TBI), displacement and deformation of the brain occur, followed by its return to the original position. This process is accompanied by a dynamic redistribution of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) within the subarachnoid space and the ventricular system. Therefore, studying the structural components of the CSF circulation system in TBI has significant thanatogenetic and forensic importance. A retrospective analysis of traumatic brain injuries was conducted. For the first time, morphological and morphometric parameters of the CSF circulation system were examined, and the main stages of thanatogenesis in fatal TBI were determined. Based on a systematic analysis of CSF circulation disorders, forensic medical criteria were developed to assess their severity and timing
