Abstract

Annotation. This article analyzes the stages of formation and development of the system for training highly qualified personnel for the financial sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the years of independence from a historical perspective. The study highlights the legal and regulatory framework for personnel training, reforms in the education system, the role of specialized higher education institutions, and the processes of transition to international standards. Additionally, the issues of changing requirements for financial specialists in a market economy and the introduction of modern educational technologies are scientifically examined
