Аннотация
This study studies foreign conceptual models of effective use of resources and organization of stakeholder cooperation in the management of tourist destinations. Within the framework of the study, the theoretical and practical features of the concepts of destination management organization, network management, collaborative management, public-private partnership, adaptive management and digital destination were analyzed in a comparative manner. The study comparatively assessed the development dynamics, management features and post-pandemic recovery processes of tourist destinations in Spain, Japan and Singapore in 2020-2025. Also, the mechanisms of integration of brand, technology, investment, information and sales channels with local tourist resources were analyzed using the example of international tourism entities such as Accor, Marriott International and Airbnb and a hybrid management model combining digital monitoring was proposed.
