Аннотация

This article examines the pedagogical potential of web-based materials indeveloping learners’ listening and reading skills in foreign language education. The integrationof digital technologies into education has significantly expanded opportunities for using authenticonline resources in language teaching. Web materials expose learners to real-life languagethrough articles, podcasts, videos, and interactive platforms, thereby enhancing languageproficiency and communicative competence. The study discusses the theoretical foundations ofweb-based learning, its impact on listening and reading comprehension, and its contribution tolearner motivation and independent learning
