THE ROLE OF SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL REFORMS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
This article examines the role and significance of spiritual and educationalreforms implemented in the process of developing New Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid tothe impact of these reforms on youth education, the preservation of national values, thestrengthening of civic consciousness, and the enhancement of the intellectual potential of society.The study also provides a theoretical analysis of the contribution of spiritual and educationalpolicies to the development of human capital, the reinforcement of spiritual resilience, and theupbringing of a well-rounded generation. The findings indicate that spiritual and educational138 reforms serve as one of the key factors in ensuring sustainable development, social stability, andnational progress.
