Аннотация
The article presents a review of the scientific literature, reflecting the current problems of diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondiogenic myelopathy. To date, it has been established that changes in the spine, which can be pathogenetically realized in the form of CCM, are very diverse and unequal. A large number of publications in the world literature, pointing to a number of problems associated with the features of neurophysiological changes in CCM, remains unresolved in full. In particular, there is no generally accepted algorithm for neurophysiological examination in cases of suspected CCM. Correlations between the severity of the clinical picture, neuroimaging data and the main neurophysiological parameters characterizing the functional state of both the corticospinal tract and the posterior columns of the spinal cord have not been established. Modern methods of drug and physiotherapy contribute to the regression of the disease, however, in each individual case, intensive restorative treatment of impaired functions of the spinal cord is required.
