OPTIMIZATION OF NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF HEADACHE IN WOMEN LIVING IN KASHKADARYA REGION

Annotatsiya
This paper highlights the features of tension headache and migraine without aura of women aged 20 to 55 years living in special climatic conditions of the Kashkadarya region. The study identified factors that provoke and aggravate the process of cephalgic pain: age, changes in reproductive function, an increased level of anxiety and depression. The change in the bioelectric activity of the brain was indicative, depending on the nature of headache frequency, localization and intensity of seizures. Based on EEG indicators, the method of non–pharmacological therapy for normalization of integrative activity in the form of transcranial magnetic stimulation was recommended. The dynamics of the indicator on the EEG after TMS therapy indicates the effectiveness of treatment, an increase in the strength of the Alpha range, a decrease in the theta range
