ANALYSES OF RISK FACTORS FOR ISCHEMIC STROKE IN WOMEN OF FERTILE AGE

Abstract
Stroke is a cerebral generalized disorder manifested by acute cerebral circulatory disturbance. This disease is one of the urgent problems of the whole world. One of the main risk factors in the development of ischemic stroke is age, arterial hypertension, transient ischemic attack, lipid metabolism disorder, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypercoagulability, smoking, obesity, low physical activity, contraception. According to WHO criteria, the fertile age of a woman is from 15 to 49 years. Undoubtedly, these criteria have some social component. Realistically, the upper limit of reproductive age is 40-42 years, because the probability of having a healthy child after 30 years of age decreases by 3.5% every year. Arterial hypertension is one of the main factors in the development of ischemic stroke and it is closely related to its degree.
