Аннотация
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a high and increasingly common disease. Currently, his treatment only partially affects the prognosis and quality of life. Our ability to predict the prognosis of affected patients is improving, but still imperfect. In pulmonary pathology, first of all, there are changes from the vascular bed of the brain. In patients with COPD, venous cerebral dysfunction (VCD) significantly worsens the course of cerebrovascular pathology, increases cerebral hypoxemia. Better knowledge of the aspect of venous cerebral dyscirculation in COPD can probably improve our approach to the disease.
